Where The Tuna In Your Tuna Roll Used To Swim
Have you ever wondered where all the fish you eat comes from? I know I have.
Check out this site, an “atlas of tuna and billfish catches”.
Although the data here is a little old (1996-1998), it’s a good indicator to see where your favorite fish is likely being caught — and in what kind of numbers.
I’d love to see how this has data is reflected in 2007 … ten years later.
Anyone out there have a link or a data set to share to shed light on this?
